Editing a Planned Audit

Planned audits within an audit program can be edited when the planned audits are in Rejected, Inworks, or Inreview status.

  1. From the Audit Program record, click Other Actions > Edit Audit Program.
    Result: The Edit Audit Program window is displayed.
  1. Edit the planned audit.
  2. Enter a comment.
  3. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  4. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The changes are accepted and the planned audit is updated.
